Sphere Science Ltd currently manages the Shell Education Service.

The SES Workshop Programme is made of fourteen Primary School workshops. All workshops are designed to fit both the National Curriculum for England and Wales and the Scottish Guidelines; and all are designed to develop investigative skills.

As the demand for these is very high, there is a limited availability of days in schools.

Other activities provided by the SES include:

• Family Science Days
• CASCADE projects - working with trainee teachers at universities
• ACTIVATE booklet - science ideas for adults and children to do at home together
